STORE POLICY
Vendor Requirements
• To purchase wholesale, you must fill out a vendor application and be approved as a vendor.
• A minimum order of 25 bottles is required to qualify for the bulk discount.
Order Processing & Shipping
• Please allow 5 to 7 business days for order processing and shipping. In many cases, orders may ship out sooner.
• Unforeseen delays (such as supply chain issues or carrier delays) are out of our control, and Plant Yo Label is not responsible for extended shipping times.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery.
Returns & Store Credit
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
• If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will evaluate the situation.
• In approved cases, we will issue store credit for replacements rather than refunds.
Product Ownership & Branding
• Once your order is in your possession, it is your responsibility to brand, label, market, and sell your products as you see fit.
• Plant Yo Label does not control your pricing, sales, or marketing strategies, you operate independently as a vendor.
Wholesale Terms & Conditions
• As a wholesale vendor, you agree to promote and sell the products under your own brand.
• Plant Yo Label is not responsible for how you market, price, or position your products in your business.
• We do not offer private labeling services, you are responsible for designing and applying your own branding.
